Ray has done it again … added more tasty items to our menu.

Overview: Our Chicken Parm is made from a freshly cut and breaded chicken breast, fried to golden brown, topped with homemade sauce and mozzarella cheese, then baked to perfection.
Chicken Parmigiana was a favorite of our Italian Nights, so it was added to the menu by popular demand.
About that Sauce: Ray’s tomato sauce is made with fresh ingredients and spices. (Ray’s sauce is also used for spaghetti suppers at the Burdett Presbyterian Church.)
Overview: Because of the many customer requests, Beef Brisket was added to the menu last year!
Smok’n Bones’ beef brisket is seasoned and slow-smoked. Freshly sliced to order and cooked and topped in Carolina Sauce.
About that Sauce: Our Carolina Sauce is a vinegar-based sauce that was born from Ray’s research and effective joining of ingredients. If you are a lover of vinegar-based sauces, then be sure to give this a try!!
